HomePod Mini Internet Connectivity Issues

Got the same problem. Can you guys communicate if you are working on it or plan to work on it?

I tried an experiment. I changed my lease time from 1 Day to 30 minutes and so far after 2 days all three home pods are still working ok.

I’m having the same connectivity issues as well but with my regular HomePod. It worked fine until the most recent software update. Now it says it’s having trouble connecting to the internet.

Sorry, you don’t need a picture, you just need to click on the home app, and when go to home settings, where your picture would be, is where your recognise my voice will be, still worth a try. 🤷‍♂️

Apple just dropped HomePod OS 14.2.1. Hope it fixes things for you, I can't tell because mine was working already!

Well, update is installed and for a small undated at 25.8mb things certainly seem quicker. Fingers crossed this works

Same issue here. Kinda annoying. Hopefully only a Software glitch since there seems to be no actual problem with the interent Connection

this did not solve the issue for me. Still getting the same “having trouble connecting to the internet” error.

The update fixed for now on my homepod. But pulling the plug also did for a few hours, so let‘s see how long it lasts...

The 14.2.1 Update has NOT fixed the issue for me! Still the same old "Having trouble connecting to the internet"!

Thank you for the advice, Marky5. But the option turning off "Recognize my voice" is not available in my country.
