Brand new phone and half of the text message I get don’t come to my phone. I had to install a third party messaging app just to make sure I get all my messages. Apple support deleted my first post and won’t help me over the phone. I’m sure they will delete this too but I’m at a lost and don’t know how to fix this. Phone is an iPhone 12 pro max 512gb
