cant restore iPhone from Mac backup

I backed up my iPhone to my Mac, then reset the iPhone. Now the iPhone doesn't show up in music; how can I restore from my backup?

iPhone 6s, iOS 13

you don't restore an iPhone from the Music app. You must be using Catalina or newer macOS? If so, you use Finder
