Downloading Google Authenticator

I am trying to download Google Authenticator and I keep getting an error stating "This Apple ID has not been used in the iTunes Store." When I click "Review" to sign in to my account, then enter my password, it says my password is not correct.

I tried changing my password and I still get the same error above.

Do you have any suggestions?

Thanks

Bill Clark

Open Settings. Do you see your name at the top? If not tap on the Sign In link in that spot. If you do see your name tap on it, then Media & Purchases, and sign in there.

If you don’t see this what iOS version do you have?

If you have created a new apple ID then you will have to set your billing and shipping address in your account information before you can download any app.

If you can't choose None when you edit your Apple ID payment information

  1. If you have an unpaid balance or payment due
  2. If you have a subscription that automatically renews
  3. If you're using the iTunes Store or App Store for the first time
  4. If you are not in the country or region you’re creating an Apple ID for
  5. If you changed your country or region
  6. If you're a part of Family Sharing
