Will iPhone 12 Pro Max with MagSafe Apple case work with Belkin 3in1 non-magsafe charger

I have a Belkin 3 in 1 BOOST charger that has worked great with my iPhone X. Got my new iPhone 12 Pro Max with an Apple MagSafe case, and initially would charge if the phone was placed in the exact proper position on the charger. Last night it stopped wirelessly charging, and can not place the phone anywhere on it to charge. But when I put my iPhone X back on the charger, it works fine. Has the phone wireless charging on my 12 been damaged? I am waiting for the new MagSafe 3in1 to be released, but I want to make sure there has been no permanent damage to my 12 Pro Max. Thanks!

Hello SJLMD1,

Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities. We understand that you're experiencing issues with your iPhone 12 Pro Max not charging as expected. To clarify, are you using your original Belkin charger that you use for your iPhone X, to charge the new iPhone? Have you tried charging the iPhone 12 using a different wireless charger? Also, you mentioned having the MagSafe case on your iPhone, does the issue continue if it's removed?

Best wishes.
