How do you report fraud by an apple associate?

How do you report fraud by an Apple associate? I called Apple support 1-800 number (over a weekend) not surprised when a male with an Indian accent answered. He wanted to go through a two step verification process, but it involved my child's phone. Long story short he ask to verify using a cash app which resulted in his stealing money from my account. I can't reach anyone at Apple and I am sure this Apple associate ill rip other off too.

That is a common scam when people look for an Apple (or any other) support number via a search engine and don't look at the URL closely. Is that where you found the number?

Search engines are never diligent in checking the safety or legitimacy of paid listing placements. You cannot trust search engines.

If you reached the number from a search engine, your beef is with them. I would contact that search engine's support instead, as Apple cannot police other companies or scammers who are set up in foreign countries.

You can contact Apple if you wish but I doubt they can deal with it as they are not engaged in international law enforcement. Only the the search engine who failed to be diligent knows who to ban, and only they have the duty to warn, not Apple.

Use this option if you still want to tell Apple. OR you got the numbe from some other source.
