I just got my beats flex HOW DO I CHARGE???

These are my 4th Beatsx..no warning on the box that they changed the cable, only a short sentence that says, "with USC-C charging cable" to indicate I have to buy something else before I can use them (and I wanted to use them today)...ridiculous.

EVERYONE who has a iphone 11 or 12...there should be a USB C in your box if you saved it. Not that I want to help Apple / Beats for screwing us like this, but I'm too lazy to exchange them for Beats X. I already have two of them anyway :/ Be well everyone...don't let this make you coo coo boo boo (i need to trade mark that) :0

Is this charging cable situation a joke? And why the heck did you have to change the charging cable, Apple? I've been using Beats X for years and NOW I have to buy a converter just to charge these things because this dinky cable doesn't fit in anything I own? At least provide a USB adapter or a plug so I can actually charge these things instead of having to make ANOTHER purchase so I can plug the other end of this thing into a power source! Sadly, I was hesitant to buy these because I had a bad feeling Apple would do something unconventional to them, but now Apple's proved me right and I couldn't be more disappointed. *groan*

Yeah I thought I was going crazy and grabbed the wrong cable or something. No. What kind of earbuds come with a charger that you can’t use. I figured it out though. I have to use my School Chromebook to charge them. This is just pathetic.

Oooooo... I see how your post has been edited.... I got the full version in the email earlier ;) As I said these headphones can easily be charged through the cord to a newer Android phone. Erasing boundaries I guess...

All you need is a iPhone charger and it charges them it came with the android charger which makes no sense if they won’t fit but I tried the iPhone and it works

Don’t be confused, it’s ridiculous that these come with a cable that doesn’t plug into anything. My partner just got these for my birthday but now I can’t use them because they have went dead and I can’t charge them until I get a new cable. Hope the genius who decided this gets a Christmas bonus 🙄

I agree.. what the heck is this tiny ridiculous cord?? Why is there no USB connection?? If they don’t provide a charger, at least make it compatible with other chargers.

I too have bought the Beats Flex for my wife at Christmas. The charge information is poor and the cable unsatisfactory. Another disappointing result and could be described as a scam?
