Don’t be confused, it’s ridiculous that these come with a cable that doesn’t plug into anything. My partner just got these for my birthday but now I can’t use them because they have went dead and I can’t charge them until I get a new cable. Hope the genius who decided this gets a Christmas bonus 🙄

I totally agree. I get it I think that if you sell something that needs to be charged don’t assume that everybody in this whole world has every adapter called around our house. We don’t. Very disappointed to get something new and not even have a way to charge it! Jlabs are great ear buds i suggest you going there. I would stay away from anything that Apple is doing because they seem to be, as they say, going green! What the **** does that even mean?? Give us adapters to charge your products!

They don’t supply the wall charger. Absolutely ridiculous!! They want you to purchase that too. It can plug-in to the side of my Mac computer but what about my vehicle??!!. I bought 2 brand new pairs and both pair did not work. The batteries were dead upon opening the box. Good luck. I’d send them back I called that junk. If you buy something that needs charging to work then supply the charger. But to me, it’s just common knowledge

Ought a new pair. Arrived dead! Had to wait 5 days for apple to send me a box to send my new unused beats flex in for repair. Sometime later they arrived. Gave them a full charge and they lasted 2.3 hours and DEAD again. What happened to 12 hours!?? Plugged up for 30 min and light is still red (charge needed).. what happened to a fast 10 min charge gives you an hour 1/2?

horrible product!! Not worth the aggravation. Not even a wall charged without buying one to make the product work!! Horrible service!! Now I am awaiting another 5 days on my warranty for them to ship out a box and do it all over again… wish me luck. Hopefully 3rd times the charm

This is not a rant! It's a fact! No way to charge the

device. I feel the same way, what a garbage way to treat customers, I won't be

back, you must know that they discussed at length how to handle this matter in

product marketing and decided to opt for greed rather than customer service, I

imagine some brave soul in the meeting said this is a bad idea to screw

customers but was overruled, there is no way to charge it and that is a poor

business strategy.

I was so angry I set them [the beats] down and have never picked them up again, I don't even want to give them away because it's such a cheesy thing to do ...give a person a gift that they cannot charge...... I won't use them ever again because I don't even want to advertise them to anyone else. I consider it tuition cost, I now know better than to do business with them again, they have lost me forever. Not even angry anymore, not even a rant, just facts.

I couldn’t agree with you more. Their junk anyway so feel good about that. I got mine returned from Apple because they were totally dead when I bought them. The one that they sent me only had a 2 1/2 hour battery life. They are back in Apple again. I also agree if you sell somethings that needs charging then equip the **** thing to be charged. Apple is calling it “going green “. When we all know it’s GREED. They have gone downhill in countless ways.

I will say this. Never buy accessories from Apple because they fall apart. Their accessories are $19-$49 for things that we need to make their things function and charge. To help with them. I went to Aliexpress online and bought some incredible braided 90° angle charging cables! I absolutely love them free shipping and paid two dollars. I bought seven of them! They even have 10 foot ones. They have everything we could possibly need and this is actually where people get them from and then turned around with resell them so anything made in China, go to China and pick it up yourself. You’ll save a ton of money getting the same thing. Shipped quickly and got here faster than they expected. Totally satisfied with AliExpress
