I bought a IPhone refurbish phone from Apple in the last week or so. The screen blanks out at times, but this time the screen went black with a white spinning wheel, for the last 15 minutes. I have tried everything suggested. What is going on?

Thanks for the reply. I will kept this in mind, as there are some funky things occasionally Sometimes just posting on Fakebook it blanks out. This time it was sending a message to my son. I had an Apple 6s and it was fine, now I have the 2018 release phone, an Xs Max and it seems to have issues, but maybe it is because of the newer model? Doesn't make sense though. I did go to YouTube and seeing what to do, not reading it, it worked for me. But if this continues I will go to the Apple Iphone Store. I can't leave my phone as I work from home and to get on my "workspace" I have to have the phone.
