Thank you Niel for the help. I found that the MSI Gaming Radeon RX 560 128-bit 4GB GDRR5 that was listed in your answer will do the trick to update my Mac Pro to accept Mojave 10.14 It has not been installed yet, but I will let you know how it runs after I do so.
