iCloud storage share with non-family

Is there any way to share my 2TB storage with my best friend without adding her into the family? Because my mom is the organizer for family sharing and she shares a lot of access and subscriptions for us siblings there so I don’t think she wants non-family members to join. However I myself would like to share my storage with someone else in need. Is that possible?
