I am having a similar issue but worse. When in Night Mode in the 1x and 2.5x lenses, I have major issues with green lines on the screen and photos. I just got off of a chat with support and they told me it was a known issue and that the engineers are working on a software fix for it. Sheesh.

Yes! I have the same issue. Support told me to do a factory reset. it's still happening. I'm bringing it in to the store soon. It was a pain to get an appointment. there is no way to book genius bar reservations online right now. such a pain!!!
That purple band/line at the bottom left does not appear to be normal. Does it appear on all low light images OR is it there during any lighting conditions? Either way, if it appears at the same spot during all low light situations then have your iPhone examined at the Apple Store or at an Authorized Service Center. You are still under warranty so take advantage of it.

Thank you for posting this. I'm sorry you have the problem but I'm also glad I'm not the only one. I haven't heard anything. I'm not convinced it's a software issue. I need this to be fixed. I work in the photo/video industry and I need this to be working. I'm going to demand a replacement unit.
I recently noticed this issue with my phone as well, except mine is worse. Do you know when Apple will give an update about this?
I’m having a similar issue where it seems there’s an internal reflection in the les when dealing with a light source in lowlight conditions
I found a post on Reddit that said to turn off and turn on the phone to fix it. Seems so simple but unlikely but it worked for me!
Wow, thank you!!! It worked, hopefully it stays this way.
It work for me too. But this not solve the issue. Sometime it will happen again.
