Apple Intelligence is now available on iPhone, iPad, and Mac!
I tried to update my iTunes to version 12.11 yesterday, but it was unsuccessful!
There was an error message 'Apple software update - Errors occurred while installing the updates. If the problem persists, choose Tools - download only and try installing manually'
There is no 'Tools' tab on iTunes, so I have no idea how to proceed.
Very frustrating.

The steps in the second box are a guide to removing everything related to iTunes and then rebuilding it which is often a good starting point unless the symptoms indicate a more specific approach. When reinstalling right click on the downloaded setup file and use run as administrator. It may also help to temporarily disable any non-Microsoft anti-virus.

Are you running Windows 10? If you are running an older version of Windows, then you will not be able to update your iTunes to version 12.11.
I'm running Windows 10 and am having the same problem.
