my phone desent work

how are you?

my phone is Iphone x-256

the capacity was full last night, and showed me the alert for this

I deleted some applications and video, but it doesnt have any result and my phone was working very slow, and I turned it off for better working and after that I wanted turn it on, it still in apple logo, and it doesnt work anymore

I dont know what can I do, I dont have any back up of my phone :(

I need my data on my phone, specially my picture.

I wanted update the phone but showed me ERROR 14 and after that it show me the cable and laptop for restore, I dont want restore it, because all of my date will be remove

I need your help
