Music editing of existing track titles

Hi, I am in the process of upload a number of audio books (CDs) to my Music. Each book can have a number of discs and each disc is titled "Track 01" , Track 02" etc. with no indication of which disc it is on. That is no problem on a CD player but I want know what disc number the current track is on, so I want to change track title that to "Disc 01 01", "Disc 01 02" and so on.

The only way I can do it at present is within the import window, highlight each individual "Track" and replace it with the disc number. I would like to be able to do a global replace on the individual disc but cannot see any way of doing that.

Can anyone help?
