How long should an iphone 12 mini battery last in standby?

My wife’s iPhone 12 mini just about lasts 24 hours from a 100% charge following a reset. iCloud is logged-in but without email, only app is WhatsApp, and the device is left alone and not used except for message and “Settings->Battery” checks. This I consider very poor. Can someone comment or provide similar screenshots?

Iphone 12 battery issue I have been using my iPhone 12 for few days now. The standby time and the normal use drain the battery a lot. Also while I am not using my phone heavily still I noticed that my iPhone battery is not lasting long as I expected. Although I updated to iOS 14.2.1. Any suggestions for me or I should return my iPhone to Apple store.

XS max standby drain "too high" So I have found with a new (but refurb) iPhone XS Max, that following a factory reset and just observing the battery rate over time (not actually using the phone, no extra apps installed, no Apple ID, no GSM) that it will lose 80% within 10 hours. Is that acceptable? If you look at the specifcations of the phone on Apple website, you get: Lasts up to 1.5 hours longer than iPhone X Talk time (wireless): Up to 25 hours Internet use: Up to 13 hours Video playback (wireless): Up to 15 hours Audio playback (wireless): Up to 65 hours Which is clearly totally untrue! Battery health is indicated at 90%, which is supposedly OK. I get the impression that this is a very common phenomenon, but what can one do about it? Buy a new battery?!

Charge it when not in use.
