Internet speed issues with 2015 Macbook Pro

2015 Macbook pro – We recently upgraded our internet to 100mbps (from 15 mbps). Every device in our home is getting proper speeds but my 2015 Macbook Pro. Spectrum thinks it's the computer (LAN). Any ideas?

We see that your MacBook Pro isn't getting the appropriate network speed as you expected, and we'd like to help!


How are you testing the network speed? Are you testing the Wi-Fi speed or the ethernet speed (direct connection)?


It's possible that there may need to be an advanced change to the hardware options for your Mac. See this user guide for more info: Change advanced hardware options one Mac


We highly recommend that you speak to your ISP before making any changes to these settings.
