They should all still be there. What is your version of FCP and macOS?
A few things to check:
a) make sure that there is no text entered in the search box
b) delete preferences, and try again.
c) drag the application to the trash and download a fresh copy from the App Store
Turns out I accidentally hid them using the little arrow next to the audio equalization option.
