Apple ID is blocked or disabled. How can I recover or reset my Apple ID?

I have a problem with my iPhone 8 - my son using my iPhone for remote education has tried to install remote education application and has entered several times wrong password for my Apple ID.


Currently this Apple ID - xxxxxx @mail . ru is blocked and there is no possibility either to install new apps or to update existing apps on my iPhone.


Please reset my Apple ID xxxxxx @mail . ru  and allow me to reset my iPhone with my perfectly working new Apple ID xxxxx @ icloud.com

If you have changed your ID or password, have you followed the steps in this article?


What to do after you change your Apple ID or password - Apple Support.      


If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support.
