Logitech Circle 2's not recording audio w/Homekit Secure Video

I have 3 Logitech Circle 2's that are converted to Homekit Secure Video, and although I can hear the audio when streaming the cameras live, when I go to access any past recordings, there is no audio.


I have the option to record audio turned on for all of them. This is very disappointing and there is currently no posted solution. This bug has been in place for most of the year.


FYI: I have a HomePod and AppleTV 4k.

I have gone over all the setting and also contacted Logitech. The problem still persists. Also, this issue is for most Apple Homekit enabled cameras, so the issue is likely Apple. There are numerous people online reporting this issue.

There has been no fix.

We can understand wanting to have audio playing in your past HomeKit Secure Video recordings. Did you have a chance to review all your HomeKit Secure Video settings? If not, here's an excellent link with information on how to Use HomeKit Secure Video. As it says on that page, 'streaming and recording settings might vary by camera manufacturer.' Have you had a chance to reach out to Logitech Circle 2 Support about this issue? If not, you may want to reach out to them to verify that feature availability.
