Where can I find information on my MacPro 4,1 (Early 2009)?

I'm trying to find the power supply output in Watts for my MacPro 4,1 (Early 2009).

The Lightening port on the original NVIDIA GT 120 graphics card seems rather flakey, so I'm trying to buy a graphics card to support HDMI to connect to a TV. (I have two Lightening to HMDI cables and neither of them is working reliably with the GT 120.)

I purchased an Radeon HD 5450, which was "supposed" to be compatible, but I get no signal from it (not from the DVI nor from the HDMI port).

Otherwise, any idea WHICH graphics card could give me an HDMI port (or a Lightening port that works)?

Please pardon my obsessing with the Terminology for a moment, but I can not see your machine, so we MUST use uniform terms to communicate effectively.

Lightning ports are not available on any current models Macs, nor on ANY appropriate graphics cards for your Mac. Lightning port is an iPhone and iPad interface.

ThunderBolt-2 ports are not available on your model Mac Pro, and can not be added with ANY interface card whatsoever.

The GT120 card (a very low-end card) offers one DVI-I port capable of Dual-Link DVI or VGA (but not both at once) and one Mini DisplayPort. By design, Mini DisplayPort uses the same connector and a subset of the signals for ThunderBolt-2. There is no way to "manufacture" ThunderBolt-2 from any ports on your Mac.

a Mini DisplayPort to HDMI cable does not need to be very expensive and should provide good results for a TV set immediately, but there is some software complexity involved. You do not need a different graphics card.

where did you want to go with this?
