Poor Wifi Connection (disconnection) and speed with 2.4 ghz and bluetooth issue

I bought an Iphone 11 pro and i noticed 3 annoying things about wifi:

1) The signal is weak than before, and where i used to use 5ghz now i can't because it is soo weak that it switch to 2,4 ghz

2)When bluetooth and 2,4ghz is on the download speed go down drammatically. I know that both use 2.4 ghz band frequency, but i've only a mi band connected and go down from 60 mbit to 2-3 mbit

3) When i unlock iphone i find my phone connected to cellular net instead of wifi.

So i tried reset network.

Disabled the option to switch to cellular if wifi signal is weak

Disabled wifi assistance in localization.

Any other idea?

If WiFi and Bluetooth both use 2.5 GHz then change the WiFi to 5 GHz --> Check your WiFi Router / Modem for --> Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points ...
