Quick Actions with Fn key not visible in Big Sur

Hello,

I updated my MacBookPro (2017) to Big Sur. I've got in Preferences -> Keyboard -> option "Press and hold Fn key to: Show Quick Actions" checked, but actions are not visible. The only option to show actions in Touch Bar is to add "Quick Actions" button to Control Strip.

I'd like to still use Quick Actions on Touch Bar with Fn key like before.
