Sound issue iphone 12 pro max

Hello I went to Verizon store the first thing he said was my screen protector was upside down!!! I can now hear and don’t have to put on speaker!! Hope this helps

I just got the iPhone pro max 12 and could not hear anyone unless on speaker ... Screen Protector was Upside Down!! 😬

I’ve had my 12 Pro Max almost 4 months now, since day 1 people complain my call breaks up when using speaker phone. But when I use Bluetooth hands free it’s just fine. Very frustrating when you spend $1100 on a phone and it’s less than $100 quality. I love the platform of apple products but quality is lacking big time. (iPad warped last summer and has a permanent curve in the metal and glass now) side note, my 12 ProMax cameras also seem less than quality. Almost every picture I take is blurry. (I am a seasoned photographer and used to digital cameras. Nikon DX700 has far less megapixels and far better quality of photography)

I have just activated my iPhone 12 and I can barely hear the caller - same with voice mail. Please advise! I mean what good is a phone if you can't hear the caller?

When I received my IPhone pro max 12 When I use my speaker, person on the other end tells me I sound like I am in a tunnel or I am breaking up really bad. I rebooted the phone no changes. My sister and her husband is experiencing same issues. PLEASE ADVISE. 😟

Im experiencing the same with iphone 12. i got it two weeks ago and use it everyday for work. when i use it for calling either regular calls or wifi calls it is breaking really bad on the other party

Same. I have the iPhone 12 and my family keeps asking me why I sound far away when I have it on speaker. I hope they fix this bug soon. Sometimes they say the ends of my sentences are clipped. Never had this issue on the iPhone 7.

I have same issue. Apple does not care. They have our money, the stores are closed and there is no fix for this. I am going to try to try to get the 11 or an Android. This could get me away from Apple. A phone that does not make phone calls is not acceptable.

Wow! I am so glad I am not alone. I am a realtor I kind of need to hear my clients. We googled everything we could to fix this issue.

Apple needs to find a solution and fast!

Same - cannot hear callers despite volume setting. For the fortune I paid for a 12 pro max - it should make frigging phone calls.

Same here! I have had it only 2 days. I can't hear people unless I put them on speaker!!! I don't know what to do.
