Is anyone having issues with there sound on iphone 12 pro max ? When I make a call apparently I sound far away and when I put it on speaker n on a call when I turn the volume up because I can’t barely hear the other person the volume automatically goes back down ?

Hello I went to Verizon store the first thing he said was my screen protector was upside down!!! I can now hear and don’t have to put on speaker!! Hope this helps
I just got the iPhone pro max 12 and could not hear anyone unless on speaker ... Screen Protector was Upside Down!! 😬
