My iPhone keeps reducing the volume automatically

So the volume reduces and I get a warning my headphones are too loud for too long. However, the phone isn't connected to my airpods, but is actually using bluetooth to connect to external speakers. Anyone got any ideas how to get around this? Its only started since I updated to 14.2 yesterday.

Hi,

The quesyion is Freddyboi69 is how to cancel automatically volume turning down. I have same issue too, sometimes I use my phone to make my grandmother listen something. She has hearing loss and I use special apps even make head phone volume higher.

After iOS 14.2. update every 3-5 minutes phone automatically volume turning down and I manually turning up. (She cant because too old to do that) To make listen smtg to her became very hard thing.

I have tried every settings that could cause this but I couldnt able to solve it.

İf someone helps, my grandma and me will be appriciated.
