Does Apple have a HomeKit section in the forums? I’m getting intermittent to “no response” from WeMo switches, but they’re online and work via the WeMo app. When I reboot the “connected” hub, the status doesn’t change and the hub doesn’t change to another device.
There needs to be a way for users to submit HomeKit feedback.

If you want to, you can send Apple feedback. They won't answer, but at least will know there is a problem or a suggestion for change. If enough people send feedback, it may get the problem/suggested change solved sooner. Pick the closest topic you can find.
Notice the Home app isn’t an option, and neither is HomeKit. Is it a MacOS or iOS or iPadOS, or HomePod issue? Apple isn’t doing a great job interacting with consumers wrt HomeKit capabilities.
There isn’t a logical place for HomeKit or the Home app in the support communities, or in the feedback mechanism.
Which one? It applies across devices. That is my point. It isn’t about the OS. There are feedback categories for the native apps. “Home” is a native app.
I would use the applicable OS/IOS/iPad OS section since it works on one or more of the operating systems.
