iPhone 12 Pro Max Bluetooth Issues

I just managed to fix the stuttering audio in my car by turning off the WiFi in the car’s settings menu. Not sure why this is an issue with the 12 Pro as the XS has no problem - but I’m just happy it’s working!

I am having the same problem. I used to have an iPhone XR that paired reliably with my Harley Davidson LiveWire. My new iPhone 12 Pro Max is only intermittently able to see the motorcycle and has never paired with it successfully.

Another iPhone 12 (not Max) that I have access to can pair to the motorcycle just fine as can an 8th iPad, so there is definitely something amiss with the Max.

I've tried deleting all Bluetooth devices, I've tried Reset Network Settings, and I've tried Reset All Settings to no avail.

I have tried every suggested solution. I continue to have issues with Bluetooth connectivity.

I have concluded that it is an apple software I issue. Apple has sadly chosen to ignore the issue. It is a defective product.

I have found the reason for disconnection issue of My Bose headphones and iPhone 12 Pro max. When my Bose headphones connected simultaneously with 2 devices together at that time I was facing issue of disconnection of headphone with my iPhone. I started connecting my Bose headphones only with one device either Laptop or Mobile. Than it sorted out. No now concerns.

Hope persons facing similar issue after connecting single Bluetooth headphones with 2 devices. They can try to connect only with one device at a time. This will resolve your concern.

Bluetooth probs here too - terrible problems using / making hands free calls in a mini (car). Old 7+ was perfect. Now no end of weird stuff, bad quality, random difficulty with volume etc can’t hear other person and so on. Thought it was me, now I know it’s an apple problem and they still haven’t resolved it.

Yeah hopefully they can fix this.. seems like a big issue lately for lots of people that upgraded their phone and transferred data witelessly

How did you get it to read multiple devices?

I finally got mine working. Just started in its own recognizing devices

Can they not take it in to get looked at and fixed under warranty ? I’m glad mines working now because that seems like a huge headache

The problem is that there’s nothing wrong with the phone. I tried setting both up on a friends phone and got the same results. So it’s something Apple needs to fix on their end.

Yeah they’re saying it’s the update that’s causing these issues hopefully they fix it

My radio freezes and heats up, and switch from my headset to radio than back to headset, about ten seconds into the call.

Having the same problem.

Drop out on my Samsung Q70 sound bar.

was advised to update firmware.

No difference.

Drops off from my Audi MMI.

Apple have been helpful but same problems remain.

I’m fine with Apple Watch and air pod pros. Only non Apple devices causing drop off.

I was having the same issues. I solved the problem by eliminating the Bluetooth devices of interest from my old iphone. Once I did this the 12PM paired with all of them. Best luck.
