iPhone 12 Pro Max Bluetooth Issues

So do I. I can’t believe my husband paid $1300 and I can’t even connect to anything Bluetooth. Apple really slacking on customer service. Guess I need to think about Android again. What a pain in the ***.

I can tell you that they do generally connect...eventually...yes it's a PIA and not everything will connect....To date, I've gotten my car (2014 Audi), Air Pods, both MPOW head sets, LG TV, Apple Watch, two computers...but not the 3rd iMac (go figure). My Omron blood pressure machine will not connect at all, neither will my Mac Book Pro. I agree, perhaps less woke, climate nonsense and more customer satisfaction. As I stated, I voted against the entire board of directors and sent a lovely letter to Tim Cook. I'm actually sorry I traded in my iPhone 7+.

iPhone 12 max pro biggest pos I’ve had, paid big $$ for the supposed best phone out there, what a joke, won’t pair to Bluetooth devices, then when it does, I can get a call, use Bluetooth, then it won’t go back to stereo or another call....suppose to be the latest greatest... my ***, greatest waste of my $$$$

Mine works most of the time now, note, most of the time. It's either a software issue (my bet because of conversations with people at Apple) or a hardware issue. I'm sorry I traded in my 7+ or this thing would be gone.

I feel ya, I’d sooner stuck with my XR if I knew about all the issues with BT and volume. Knock on wood, I haven’t had any screen issues except when doing a reboot or just turn off and on the phone the Apple logo flash’s real fast.

I am an old guy and while ''woke'' (took me 70 years to learn what it means) might be ''cool'' to certain folks, I am definitely not among them. Apple has a lot going for it but I an assure you woke didn't make the that list. C'mon Timmy, mind the store!!!!

similar issue as many of the replies- I have 14 bluetooth headsets. No matter which one i try (3 different brands & 5 different models over 14 headsets) my iphone 12pro max will intermittently lose the BT connection, and then reconnect itself after maybe 3-4 seconds. very frustrating. i had a 30 minute call yesterday and the connection reconnected 3 times on my sony before I said “hold up a second, let me use my platronics”.... then it reconnected two more times before the 30 minutes was up. this is frustrating.

I had a similar issue, but I just tried connecting from connecting from cell, which i had not seen before. This might be something new with the latest software update. So far, this seems to be working.

I phone 12 max pro has been a huge disappointment. It doesn’t recognize any Bluetooth devices. I have reset my phone twice. I have reset the WiFi connection. I have tried every recommended remedy for the Bluetooth problem to no avail. I want to smash this peace of junk on the Flloor.

Apple is a BS company that doesn’t give a crap about it’s customers..

Please include my iPhone 12 Pro Max as yet another Bluetooth connection issue with 3rd party device which happens to be earphones, although the Mac and Toyota car stereo paired nicely. Coming from an iPhone XR which did not have this connection problem.

Same issue here. Iphone 12 max not connecting to Macbookpro. (it connects for an instant and then it disconnects). Another Iphone (Iph8+) connects without problem. Have already tried what I could find online. Any help/advice much appreciated.

I gave up on Alexa. I stopped pairing to them because they would force my phone to pair even when connected to something else already and I couldn’t win the game. But I did test on one and had the same issues. It woke me up about three times during the night as Alexa loudly proclaimed that my phone had been disconnected. I pay $10 for Spotify on top of my Apple Music so I can listen on them easier and have multi room music.

Well done , it was doing my head in for hours I was trying all sorts , factory settings , on off , resetting broadband etc , hopefully the answer is as above for people I’m pleased it worked for you also 👍

I just managed to fix the stuttering audio in my car by turning off the WiFi in the car’s settings menu. Not sure why this is an issue with the 12 Pro as the XS has no problem - but I’m just happy it’s working!

Bluetooth probs here too - terrible problems using / making hands free calls in a mini (car). Old 7+ was perfect. Now no end of weird stuff, bad quality, random difficulty with volume etc can’t hear other person and so on. Thought it was me, now I know it’s an apple problem and they still haven’t resolved it.
