Sputtering or distorted lines while writing in notability app

I bought my new iPad Pro 12.9 inch 2nd gen, but within a day while writing in notability app through my apple 2nd gen pencil, distorted lines started coming out. I had to undo 13 to 14 times to remove it. Please help. Is it hardware or software problem

I wouldnt like this option very much. Is this the generation of Ipad? Most comments online come from this Ipad era, gen 4... If so, I want my money back so I can buy a new one because I don't know what to do :(

Middle section of ipad glitching Whenever I write something in the middle section of my ipad using my apple pencil, it would glitch. It's really frustrating cause it wasn't like this just a couple of days ago. I tried changing the pencil, but the problem persisted, so I figured that the problem is with the ipad itself. I have even updated my ipad to version 15.3 thinking that apple would have resolved this problem, but no.

Thin vertical and horizontal lines across iPad Screen while using apple pencil While using the apple pencil to write, thin lines that I did not draw appear across the screen. Sometimes vertical, sometimes horizontal. Often also in conjunction with the line that I'm drawing being interrupted, or with dots appearing randomly across the screen. Restart does not help. Replacing the tips of the pencil or the entire pencil does not help.

Haven't tried other on other apps yet, as i jst bought it last weekend. I even changed my apple pencil twice. Could this be a hardware issue?
