How does one burn a DVD from a Video_TS file
I have Video_TS files on my MacBook pro that I would like to convert to DVDs. How do you do that?

Toast 17 works with Big Sur so I assume later versions will also.

If by "DVD" you mean a DVD that plays in a DVD player, then you would need some DVD authoring software. The only one I know of is Toast, but I've never used it nor know if it works in Big Sur.
If you want to convert it to mp4 for your TV app, Handbrake is good. Get it from the developer’s website only.
