Big Sur Can't Drag & Drop Files Across Spaces with Trackpad

Hi, before Big Sur, I can use one finger to press on the trackpad and hold a file, while I use another four fingers to swipe between spaces to move the file around. After Big Sur update, I can't do that. Anyone having this issue as well?

Found it. You have to go to system pref>accessibility>pointer control>mouse & trackpad>trackpad options>check enable dragging and the you have a choice of option that replaced the click and drag it became tap twice + hold and drag and let go or use 3 fingers, tap (not click) hold and slide... https://support.apple.com/en-gb/guide/mac-help/unac899/mac

I have a 21.5" iMac desktop with a wireless mouse, from 2017.

The loss of drag and drop does seem to be intermittent but happens more often than not. I have trouble dragging emails to storage folders on Mail, or photos to folders on my desktop. Open windows won't easily reposition on the desktop and it's hard to drag items to the trash without losing them on the way.

I also lost my iPhotos. After supposedly transferring the pics to Photos a few years back, I discovered that many pics did NOT appear in Photos as expected. I was not aware that I would lose access to iPhotos with this upgrade.

Generally, I have been very unhappy with Apple upgrades to system software.
