Deleting game and stored data

How to delete a game and stored data from iOS 14.2 in iCloud. I uninstall the game, upon reinstalling it adds old data, how do I completely delete game and data?

Thank you unfortunately that have not permanently deleted the game. I am trying to uninstall a game and reinstall it. However, stored data is allowing the game to reinstall with the same progress. I want to be able to log into the game from a different email associated with the game that I have progress on, however the game is not giving me an option to log out and my new Ipad continues to hold onto progress data when I first installed. I have tried deleting from icloud, uninstalling the app, as well as the delete backups......to no avail. I get a message that the game progress was saved on the server, i don't know if it's the server for the game company or somewhere in apple world. I googled the issue, and there seems to be a problem with uninstalling and deleting all data associated with the app that you uninstall. I need to permanently delete the data, so that I can reinstall and log in with the correct email so that I maintain my progress on the game. Thank you for any solutions your might have and I hope that I made myself clear.
