Is there any way to have family member purchases billed to the family organizers gift card balance?

I am the organizer for a family plan and have a gift card balance but when family members make purchases it directly bills to my credit card. Is there any way to have it bill to my gift card balance?

Gift card balances can only be used for purchases by the account the balance is on. A family member can't use your account balance.
