Finally, I fixed this issue! What you need to do is, when this message pops up, what you need to do is go to wifi settings and try to find to which wifi is your iphone trying to connect. Once you find the name to the wifi which your iphone is trying to connect it, you need to select “Forget this network”. The point is that you could not fix it at home, you need to fix it once the message pops up! Hope this helps you all.

I have this issue and the thing about the safari page is definitely not true in my case; I have checked several times.

I also do not believe I have installed any certificates.

This issue most often comes up when my phone is plugged into my apple carplay. I am not certain what the connection is there; I do not have wifi service through my car etc.

I thought it was from driving by various unfamiliar networks but it is too consistent to be the case. Any thoughts on the apple carplay connection? I turned my "Ask to Join Networks" off completely as well as turning off completely "Auto-Join Hotspots" (both were set to "Ask," not to auto-join, but I have now disabled asking, as well). Fingers crossed that helps because this issue is a bit of a nightmare.
