Heart rate not detected in walk workout (Apple Watch)

My heart rate is detected for everything apart from a walk workout through the Apple Watch, it is selected on the permissions, I’ve restarted my watch, closed it off at the crown, turned off the do not disturb.

many advice please as it won’t create a cardio fitness on the fitness app.
