Apple watch 6 stopped tracking heart rate during exercise

My Apple Watch 6 stopped tracking heart rate when I'm running. It tracks right before, and it tracks as soon as I stop, but does not track the run.

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. We understand your heart rate is not being tracked during workouts. We're happy to help.

One reason this can happen is that power saving mode is enabled. You can check this on the Apple Watch at Settings > Workout > Power Saving Mode.

During walking and running workouts, power saving mode turns off Always On display and cellular on models that support these features. The built-in heart rate sensor is also turned off until you end your workout.
