iPhone screen mirroring to Apple TV

Screen mirroring from iPhone 7 to Apple TV (tvOS14.2) while watching video from Safari doesn’t work, is it normal, should it work? Videos first screen is showing on TV but it doesn’t play. Nothing happens when push play.

Screen Mirror from iPhone to Apple TV never works. I have insane amount of trouble screen mirroring from my iPhone to the Apple TV. Specifically videos. Through safari. I can play anything on the iPhone. Every device is on the same network. Everything is fine. But when I hit mirror to Apple TV everything glitches and the video goes dead on pause. Some content providers may choose to not support AirPlay for certain content.
