Unrecognized itunes purchases

I am being charged monthly for various unrecognized purchases charged to my phone bill with Smart Communications . Smart customer service advised for me to get help from apple regarding tracing of unrecognized purchases in itunes. Since these are unathorized, i would like to request for refund and request apple to stop any form of purchases using my phone number. My apple purchases are all coursed thru my credit card only and not charged to my phone billing. Please see screenshots of all the unrecognized purchases.
