How can I setup auto download all Photos from iCloud to my PC and have them sorted by year? It currently downloads all photos, but does not sort. This is on Windows 10 with iCloud 11.4 and logged in.

It appears that you'd like to have your iCloud photos automatically sorted by year when they're automatically downloaded to your Windows 10 PC, and we're glad to help with this.
If your iCloud Photos aren't loading on your PC - Apple Support -- If you're viewing your photos in the File Explorer pane, open the window and see if they're already sorted.
