Every time someone call me , all coming from my phone went straight to voicemail I don’t know how to fix it

Do you have no not disturb enabled?

Settings>Do not disturb

Do you have silence unknown callers set in phone settings?

And have you checked the silence switch on the left hand side of your iphone (top left). To be off (allow ringing) it should be up (towards the screen) and not showing orange.
