I am trying to Update to Big Sur and this is the message I get when I click to get the update. I don't understand what the issue is.

Is your Mac from 2013 or 2014?
There were some issues with this models and Apple is probably working on a fix.

Yes mine is a late 2013 model.
I have tried a few of those steps, and nothing seems like it wants to help. I have reset it a few times and even tried the SMC reset... Nothing!
Yeah, well, you better call Apple Support directly to get better answers and more help on this matter.
