my Logitech mouse isn't working

ive had mey mouse for a few months now perfectly fine until it stopped working on my Mac only to be connected rarely I simply thought it was broken so I bought a new one and it seems to have the same issue im on Catalina but it still seems to not work ive also tried a few other methods can anyone explain/hel me fix my mouse
