This is regarding a recently bought new iPhone 128GB 1 month back. From past 2-3 days volume up and down buttons are not working and there is constant vibration as well.

This is regarding a recently bought new iPhone 128GB 1 month back. From past 2-3 days volume up and down buttons are not working and there is constant vibration as well. It's quite embarrassing to see a newly phone that comes at such a hefty price being in this condition. Despite switching off and restarting the phone volume buttons are not at all operative and if its to use assistive touch then there was no need to have volume controls on the phone in first place.

It's an eye opener that Apple quality has drastically taken a hit on the quality of products and we should be mindful about investing huge money on Apple phone's anymore. Having said that,

this issue will be taken up very seriously and will not be tolerated at all. Apple need to learn its lesson too and not expect customers are here to take such bad quality products for hefty price and live with it.
