Everytime I turn on my mac it freezes for 2 minutes, then works fine - tccd quit unexpectedly

I recently had to restore my mac from a Time Machine backup, this didn't work, So I had to do a fresh install of Mojave and then use migration assistant to get my files and applications back.

Since the migration assistant my Mac freezes when i log in for about 1-2 minutes, then works fine after giving me 3 error messages that tccd quit unexpectedly.

After the freeze computer works perfectly as before, just a bit worries that at some point it will freeze for good.

Any ideas how to fix this? Thanks in advance.

It sounds like either the drive is failing, or you brought over some corrupted software.

You may need to reinstall software in question. Run Etrecheck to help determine if something is not installed right:

It sounds like you have many audio devices hooked up to your machine. USB goes into low powered mode which can confuse many third party audio devices, and then cause them to freeze. You will want to get a wall powered USB hub to manage those devices.

Sharing is also on your hard drive. Unless you are sharing to another Mac, that slows machines down in environments of poor network connectivity. Turn off file sharing unless it is absolutely needed.

You may want to try disabling any/all 'Login Items' under your user account. As where you are noting the hang, is where these items are launching. It could also be a permissions problem.
