Macbook Pro 2017 trackpad clicking on its own and keyboard typing on its own

My macbook pro 2017 running High Sierra 10.13.6 started typing letters on its own (mostly "hy6" & alt letter y's), deleting letters as I type, and phantom trackpad clicks & holds. These glitches are happening seemingly at random. I have tried resetting the smc 3 times so far, but it has not fixed the issue. Hoping someone can help me with this problem. Thanks!hy6 <--(that "hy6" was typed by the glitch)
