What happens to UPS?? my iphone12 pro is holding in clearance for 9 days from 11/22. Delivery estimated date was 11/30, but until today, nothing changed!! Does anyone have the same problem? Does Apple give any help?

I requested an investigation on Dec. 3rd, the expected delivery date.
They don't give me an answer yet, but the status has been changed.
I guess they send the replacement. I will update again when it comes.
I believe you are not the only one, I have seen that so many people in this forum has the same question including me. I have same issua as you have, my iPhone was supposed to arrive on Nov 30 and still in clearance since 11/22. I already contacted Apple and they started and investigation but I haven't receive any answer, UPS is not giving any response they don't know whats going on with the package.
Hi Kdanfall, It took mine 3 weeks to be delivered. At little disheartening to see it make progress then stop. Glad you got it. I switched to iPhone from android. Had a Note 20 Ultra. It had a few issues I did not want to deal with. Glad I switched. Merry Christmas
Mine change too, now it moved from clearance in progress to In transit, I still don’t have a delivery date.
Apple, will most likely, not be able to help with this. You will need to contact UPS for assistance with this delivery.
Finally, I got it today.
