iPhone is stuck on the Apple logo

I have a question, so I am having an issue with my phone i think its the hardware.. although I went to the store today and they said there is nothing my phone is stuck on the apple logo. Apple store proceeded to tell me that I need to purchase another phone if I wanted to my phone to work. I just purchased this phone and I refuse to spend anymore money on an apple product when I have apple care on my device
