I got new iphone 12. It asked me to upgrade the software and once I upgraded it is stuck on Apple logo. I tried everything that you say. Nothing happens at all.

I got new iphone 12. It asked me to upgrade the software and once I upgraded it is stuck on Apple logo. I tried everything that you say. Nothing happens at all. I spent an hour with Apple support and it did not help at all. They want to me go to a store and due to my age, I am being advised not to go into any store. It is completely new phone out of the box. Can anyone help?
