Hey there, Ggolf.

We understand you're wondering where some widgets have went on your iPhone 12. With iOS 14, you can swipe the screen right and view the Today View, which has your widgets. You can also move these widgets from the Today View to other screens. You can edit the widgets that show in your Today View so that you can see the News, Weather, and Stocks widget. You can do that by going to Today View, pressing and holding a widget until it gives an option to "Edit Home Screen." Tap that and then the plus sign icon that appears in the upper left-hand corner of the screen.

You can check out more information below from this article: Add widgets to the iPhone Home Screen

"Open Today View

Swipe right from the left edge of the Home Screen or the Lock Screen.

Move a widget from Today View to the Home Screen

  1. Open Today View, then scroll or search to locate the widget you want.
  2. Touch and hold the widget until it begins to jiggle, then drag it off the right side of the screen.
  3. Drag the widget to place it where you want it on the Home Screen, then tap Done.

Tip: A widget called a Smart Stack (one that has dots next to it) is a set of widgets that use information such as the time, your location, and activity to display the most relevant widget at the appropriate time in your day. You can add a Smart Stack to the Home Screen, then swipe through it to see the widgets it contains."
