How to get iCloud on my old MacBook version 10.6.8

I want to be able to access my photos from this laptop but it does not have iCloud. How can I get it?

I was searching for some pictures, and then I realized my Apple devices were synced, but not really. When I go to ID Apple in all devices, I can see everything is supposed to be synced because it is enabled. My old Mac has 70000 pictures and they are not showing in my icloud I can not see my pictures from my old MacBook and I am signed into the cloud on that computer

You need to upgrade the OS if possible, or use a newer computer. Click here and check the requirements for the specific feature you're interested in.
